The A&A portfolio gained 173,5 kr in dividends. The companies paying out dividends where Fast. Balder Pref, Telia, Cloetta, Sagax pref, Sagax D and SEB B. This month I reinvested the dividends plus added a little of the child benefit to buy 2 Castellum, 6 Telia, 1 Fast Balder Pref and the index fund Avanza Zero (100kr). This should add 21 kr to the end of 2017, and for 2018 it should add 42 kr to the dividends per year.
From January AA portfolio has gained 330kr dividends..

A&A portfolio je ovog mjeseca dobio 173,5 kruna dividendi. Produzeća koja su dijelila dividende ovog mjeseca su Fast. Balder Pref, Telia, Cloetta, Sagax pref, Sagax D i SEB B. Reinvestirala sam dividende u  2 Castellum, 6 Telia, 1 Fast Balder Pref i indeks fond Avanza Zero (100kr). To bi trebalo dodati još 21 kr u 2017 a 42 kr u 2018.

My portfolio:
This month Ica Gruppen, Sagax D,  Sagax Pref, Telia, Cloetta and Fast Balder Pref were paying out dividends. I got 744 kr this month. I bought 7 Telia and 2 Castellum for the money. I also bought Avanza Zero and Swedbank Robur Ny teknik fund for 100 kr each. This should add 12 kr dividends per year and another 24kr dividends in 2018.

Moj portfolio:
Ovog mjeseca su Ica Gruppen, Sagax D,  Sagax Pref, Telia, Cloetta i Fast Balder Pref isplatili dividende. Dobila sam 744 kr ovog mjeseca. Kupila sam 7 Telia i 2 Castellum za dividendu. Kupila sam isto Avanza Zero i Swedbank Robur Ny teknik fondove. To bi trebalo dodati 12 kr dividende za 2017 a za 2018. godinu bih trebala dobiti dodatnih 24 kr.

A&A´s portfolio: First dividends in year 2017 have started rolling in. In January they got 36 kr in dividends. I also bought them 3 H&M and 30 Sagax Pref stocks. This should generate 89,25 kr dividends extra per year. For the first time I also bought the Avanza zero fund for 100 kr (~10 Euro). I have decided that I will invest 100 kr monthly in this.

My portfolio: Here I got 236 kr in dividends from Sagax Pref, Saga D and Bald Pref. Additionally I bought 5 Axfood, 30x Sagax Pref and by chance 750 Dividend Sweden stocks. Axfood and Sagax Pref should generate 75 kr dividends per year. The 750 stocks of Dividend Sweden I bought by chance might generate 37,5 kr per year. This is however a high risk game, but I found the company interesting so I wanted to have a small part of it. I also started saving in the Avanza Zero fund.

Lately, I am considering to start buying some index funds and fill the portfolio with a part of funds. I would like to have some index funds especially  some global index fund but I haven´t had time to check it up further.

A&A portfolio: Prve dividende u 2017. su stigle na račun. U januaru su dobili 36kr u dividendama. Ovog mjeseca sam im kupila 3 H&M I 30 Sagax Pref dionica. To bi trebalo dodati 89.25 kr dividendi godišnje. Prvi put sam isto kupila Avanza Zero fond za 100 kr (~10 Eura). Odlučila sam 100 kr mjesečno odvojiti za ovaj fond.

Moj portfolio: I kod mene je prva dividenda ušla na račun. Dobila sam 236 kr od Sagax Pref, Saga D i Bald Pref. Kupila sam dodatno 5 Axfood, 30 Sagax Pref i slučajno mi prođe kupovina 750 komada od Dividend Sweden. Axfood i Sagax Pref, bi trebali dodati 75 kr dividende godišnje. A ovih 750 komada Dividend Sweden su čista kocka, ali mi firma djeluje interesantna pa sam htjela da imam udio u tome.
Počela sam na mjesečnoj bazi da za 100 kr (~10 Euro ) kupujem Avanza Zero fond.

U zadnje vrijeme nešto razmišljam da raširim naše portfolie i da počnem kupovati fondove. Tu kontam neke indeksfondove pogotovo globalne, ali nisam stigla to još provjeriti koje su i gdje ih mogu kupiti,

Looking at the diagram I for sure must get more even weighting of my portfolio regarding the exposure to different markets. For now, I find the food market interesting and it is s one of the markets I believe will increase with time. Even if people until now have payed lesser and lesser part of their total salary for food I do believe that food will get more expensive, (hopefully because of better quality and higher interest for better food quality among common people).
Maybe even the climate change will make an impact and we won´t get as “cheap” food as we have today. I hope not, but it is a realistic scenario. In any case I bought a couple of Axfood stocks hoping for additional dividends.
Another stock I have bought this month is the Sagax D. I decided to join the new emission of the stocks offered to the owners and received 24 Sagax D meaning additional 48 kr dividends per year.
l also joined the offer Avanza gave where one could ask for minimum 400 stocks but do not know whether I will get some or not.
I honestly have no idea if that is a good buy but for now I hope that if I get these stocks I will get 2 kr dividends / per stock additional per year.
That is a step towards my goal of having 10 000 kr dividends per year..

Kad sam vidjela diagram mog (našeg) portfolija primjetila sam da trebam malo bolje izvagati dionice prema raznim tržištima!
Jedno od tržišta u koje vjerujem je tržište hrane i mislim da će se povećati vremenom. Iako sada dosta mali dio plate plaćamo za hranu (na zapadu) vjerujem da će se cijene i kvalitet povećati jer ljudi postaju osjetljiviji i hoće bolji kvalitet hrane a i spremni su platiti za to. Na to još dođe da možda promijene klime dovedu do manjka hrane i možda i zbog toga poskupi. Ne znam, vidjećemo. Uglavnom kupila sam nekolike Axfood dionice.
Druge dionice koje sam kupila su Sagax D. Prihvatila sam ponudu koju su dobili vlasnisi Sagax dionica i kupila sam (dodijeljena sam) 24 Sagax D dionice. To znači do 48kr dodatno dividende godišnje.
Prijavila sam se i na program od Avanze gdje se potpisuje za minimalno 400 dionica. To ne znači da ću ih moći kupiti nego može biti da ih isto tako samo 50 dionica dobijem dodijeljeni.
Iskreno, nemam pojma je li ovo dobra kupovina ali se nadam da ću sa tim dodati još 2kr/ dionici dividende godišnje. To je jedan korak prema mom slijedećem cilju da primim 10 000 kr dividende godišnje. Polako ali sigurno 😀

Is it just a dream for ordinary people or is that really a possibility? Of course reading the “right” papers, the “right” blogs or you talk to positive people that have maybe even managed to become economically independent it all makes you believe in that possibility.
On the other side if you do not believe in it, you will for sure not work for it and then it is like a self-fulfilling prophecy. It won´t happen.
I have decided to try to become as economically independent as possible and one of the things I believe in is to partly invest our money in stocks. At least it has worked for me to gain more than I have invested.
In the beginning it is a struggle and it happens little by little, because I cannot afford to invest thousands of euros but rather like 100 euro per month. On the other hand Rom was not built in one day either.
For this month I have bought 30 Sagax Pref and 2 H&M stocks to Ada´s Portfolio. This means that this should provide her additional 79,5 kr dividend per year. All the dividends will be reinvested until she turns 18, unless we need the money for some better investment.
For my portfolio I added 3 Axfood and 30 Sagax Pref. This adds 75 kr per year to the dividend. My next goal is to reach 10 000kr dividends per year. Which I´ll have to work for…

Da li je to samo san za prosječne ljude ili je to moguće?
Naravno ako se čitaju “tačne” novine, “tačni” blogovi ili pričaš ljudima koji su pozitivni i možda su čak I uspijeli u tome počneš vjerovati da je to istina.
U drugu ruku ako ne vjeruješ u to, nećeš nikad ni probati tu neovisnost jer se nećeš ni potruditi da to uspiješ. Tako reči samoispunjavajuče proročanstvo. Neće se desiti.
Odlučila sam da se potrudim da probam postati ekonomski neovisna koliko god mogu više. I jedna (od više) stvar(i) u koju vjerujem su dionice.
Meni je barem do sad uvijek to funkcionisalo jer sam uvijek dobila više nego što sam uložila.
Za početak je ulaganje u dionice borba, jer nemam velike sume od hiljade i hiljade eura da ulažem. Nego ulažem male sume (do – oko 100 €) i samim tim se pomalo pomjera. Ali ni Rim se nije napravio u jednom danu.
Ovog mjeseca sam kupila 30 Sagax Pref i 2 H&M dionice u Adin portfolio. To dodaje 79.5 kr dividende godišnje. Sve će dividende biti reinvestirane do njezine 18.e godine, t.j ako taj novac ne zatreba u bolju investiciju.
Za moj portfolio sam kupila 3 Axfood i 30 Sagax Pref. To mi daje 75 kr dodatne dividende godišnje.
Slijedeći cilj mi je doći do 10 000kr dividend godišnje. Malo po malo pa će valjda i to uspijeti.

Usually during the summer the stock market gets calmer and the prices fall a little bit making it possible to buy some stocks for a cheaper price. However, this year it seams that nothing is like it usually is.
Still I couldn´t resist but to buy a couple of Investor and Axfood stocks, adding to approximately 75 kr dividends per year to Ada´s portfolio. This feels (is) like a small sum, but I plan to give her this portfolio in 18-20 years so this sum will hopefully increase each year because I plan to reinvest this money in new stocks.

For my portfolio I added 3 H&M, 8 Mycronic, 3 Axfood and 20 Sagax Pref adding some 96 kronor dividend per year. Looking at these sums you see it is not much but one should never underestimate the small savings. Obicno kad je ljeto dionice padnu i postaje mirnije na berzi, sto daje mogucnost da kupim par jeftiniji dionica. Medjutim ove godine se cinilo cak naprotiv. Iako tako, nisam mogla odoliti a da ne kupim par dionica od Investora i Axfood, sto dodaje otprilike 75 kr dividendi godisnje Adinom portfoliju.
Cini se malom sumom, ali planiram joj predati ove dionice za nekih 18-20 godina tako da se nadam da ce se do tad akumulirati sume. Planiram dividende da reinvestiram u dionice.

Half the year of 2016has passed and I am still working on the portfolio of our savings. As I already wrote previosly (old post) my goal is to have good dividends, preferrably an amount every month. When the Brexit was voted for there was a minor crash at the stock market where I took the opportunity to buy some stocks. Unfortunately I didn´t have much but I bought a couple of stocks that I have been following for some time. I bought some H&M, Investor, SEB A and Sagax Pref. I have also improved ( 1200 kr) with the dividends for the year comparing to last year (280 kr) which is motivating me a little bit. All the dividends I am reinvesting in new stocks.
My next goal when it comes to stocks is to get 10 000kr dividends per year!Presentation1
U polu vremenu od 2016. se jos uvijek bavim sa svojim porftoliom dionica. Kao sto sam u starom postu vec pisala cilj mi je da imamo dobre dividende. Po mogucnost svakog mjeseca. Kad su Britanci izglasali Brexit doslo je do manjeg histericnog pada na berzi. Tu sam iskoristila mogucnost da kupim neke dionice. Nazalost nisam imala nesto puno novca, ali sam ipak uspijela kupiti nekoliko H&M, Investor, SEB A i Sagax Pref dionica.
Poboljsala sam isto svoje dividende poredeci sa proslom godinom tako da me to isto malo motivise. Isto tako sve dividende reinvestiram u nove dionice.
Slijedeci cilj mi je da dobijem 10 000 kr dividendi godisnje!

Dividends in 2016 / Dividende 2016

Finally, the last information about the dividends has come up. My goal is to have a stock portfolio that gives me a bonus in dividends per year that can improve my economy. I started to buy stocks again in 2014 after having sold off everything in 2013 when buying my apartment. In 2015 I had a dividend of amazing 95 kr ( around 10 Euro). During the year 2014 and 2015 I bought a couple of stocks of Björn Borg, Mycronic, Telia, Sagax Pref and Acando B that are giving some dividend. The last stock I bought in 2016, giving some dividend, is the H&M. And this year I will get, if I don´t sell off the stocks, some 200 euro (brutto) in dividend. I know it is not some huge sum BUT it makes me feel happy. I already told you I am not a gambler and I do not have the guts for that. In any case my next goal is to get 1000 euro dividend next year. Napokon, stigle su zadnje informacije o dividendama. Moj cilj je da imam portfolio dionica koji mi godisnje daje bonus u dividendama tako da mogu tim putem poboljsati ekonomiju. U 2014 sam ponovo pocela kupovati dionice nakon toga sto sam 2013 sve prodala kad sam kupila stan. 2015 sam imala dividendu od nevjerovatni 95kr (oko 20KM). Kroz 2014 i 2015 sam kupila nekoliko dionica  od Björn Borg, Mycronic, Telia, Sagax Pref i Acando B koje sve daju dobre dividende. Zadnje dionice koje sam kupila je 2016 i to su H&M dionice. Ove godine zato, ako ne prodam dionice, dobivam izracunatu dividendu od dobrih 200 eura (bruto).. Znam da je to za neke mala suma, pa cak i smijesna ALI mene cini sretnom da dobijem tu lovu. I kao sto sam i prije rekla nisam kockar da imam petlje da se kockam svojim novcem. Za iducu godinu mi je cilj da dobijem cak 1000 eura dividende. Vidjecemo samo kako ce to ici 😀 Pozelite mi srecu 😀

Moj cilj da napravim sebi jednu dividendnu-tepih bombu (stari post) se nastavlja ali sam malo odstupila od plana jer nisam kupila samo dionice koje daju dividendu nego sam kupila i visokorizicne dionice, sa nadom da upali. Isto tako sam kupila jos dodatno Teliasonera jer su dosta bile pale. Nadam se samo da se dividenda nece pogorsati 😀

Adi sam isto otvorila racun i pocela kupovati dionice sa nadom kad bude 18 godina da joj imam dati barem neki kapital za buducnost. Kupila sam joj Mycronic, Fingerprint cards B, Björn Borg i Teliasonera. Let the journey start…

I couldn´t resist but to put an order for a couple of Sagax Pref stocks before leaving the house and when I got home I saw that the order had come through. I like that they have dividend every three months. I also saw this saying that is really the way I think about money

Nisam mogla odoliti da prije nego sto odemo na bazen (jucer), stavim narudzbu za nekoliko Sagax Pref dionica, i kad sam dosla kuci vidjela sam da je prosla kupovina. Svidjaju mi se zbog dividende koju dijele svaka tri mjeseca. Vidjela sam i ovu izreku koja opisuje kako ja razmisljam o novcu

Westbad

Today the day started as wonderful as usually when my daughter wakes me up. She has this smile that makes me melt. Today, was the last sunny day with high temperatures so I decided to go to Westbad with Ada my friend Ekta and her daughter Vanea. By the time we arrived at Westbad the clouds already started congregate so we had to take a quick bath before the wind to strong and it got too cold. Even if it was for such a short time it was definitely worth it. The kids loved it. On the way back Vanea was kind of knocked out 😀
Ada is fit for fight, we are heading off for swimming 😀 / Ada je pripremna za kupanje20150901_101046Dan je prelijepo poceo, kao i obicno kad me moja kcer probudi..Ima onaj osmijeh koji me topi..iako je rano ujutru. Danas je bio zadnji topli ljetni dan tako da sam odlucila da odem do bazena Westbad sa mojom prijateljicom Ektom i njezinom kcerkom Vaneom. Dok smo stigli u Westbad vrijeme se vec promijenilo i naoblacilo se tako da smo morali brzinski se kupati. Nazalost je pocelo jako puhati tako da nismo dugo mogle ostati. Iako smo kratko tamo bile, nama se isplatilo jer su djeca vristala od srece. Na povratku je Vanea bila, blago receno, nokoutirana 😀
