Finally, I finished off the “Faktoider” in Swedish, so the next book has to be in English. My chosen book is the “No Logo” of Naomi Klein. I bought it years ago, but somehow I never really managed to read it. The book focuses on branding- which I feel that has become such an impact on our lives and it makes me curious how it has become like that. When I was a child no one really cared about the brands. Today a 10 year old talks about brands and gets bullied in the school if not wearing the “right ” jeans… Let´s see if this book explains that to me 🙂
Napokon sam procitala “Faktoider” na svedskom, tako da slijedeca knjiga, koju cu citati, mora biti na engleskom. Moja izabrana knjiga je ”No Logo” of Naomi Klein. Kupila sam je prije par godina, ali je nikad nisam procitala. Knjiga se fokusira na stvaranje marke, a osjecam da je to zadnjih godina postalo tako bitno u nasim zivotima. Zanima me kako je doslo do toga. Kad sam ja bila dijete nikoga nisu zanimale marke. Danas jedno dijete od 10 godina bude maltretirano u skoli ako ne nosi ”tacno”-markiranu robu. Bas me zanima hoce li knjiga moci objasniti ovaj fenomen meni 🙂
